Cotchin will be sweating. The strangle move on Jones had all the potential for injury. At least one week.

He never looked right. Probably a mistake, but an understandable one.

I cant belleve how incompetent our midfield look. We are completely stationary while Richmond swarm in numbers. I dont mind losing Saints, but we have been made to look like clowns.

Nine scoring shots to 10. Our forward structure is badly lacking, but I'm not sure what Ratts can do. Battle is off, so it takes that off the table.

Tell me now there is no bias in this joke of a competition? What a farce! Calling it a goal would likely not make a difference to the result but do the damn right thing you idiots! Disgraceful to call that a touched point.sendmehomehappy wrote: ↑Fri 09 Oct 2020 8:54pm There was clear daylight between the fist and the f009965 ball!!!!

I like having a Captain we can be proud of. Cotchin is contemptible.

How about Clark into the middle. That's the obvious move, though the game is all but gone. We are kicking points and they cannot missImpatient Sainter wrote: ↑Fri 09 Oct 2020 8:58pm I cant belleve how incompetent our midfield look. Lack of depth, that must be why they took the gamble.meher baba wrote: ↑Fri 09 Oct 2020 8:58pm

The Saints are under review, will it make any difference to the underachievers ?

Stupid comment of the decade.iwantmeseats wrote: ↑Fri 09 Oct 2020 8:56pm Would be issue if we lost by less than a goal. Can you see that happening ? Thought so. Chill.
Re: Match Thread Saints v Tigers Semi Final 2020
Zero gone our way. All week and continued into game ...
- they have snapped goals off a step
- won every kick anywhere out of a contest
- luck of goals umpires
- 9 goals 1
- our 3 goals 5
King miss was vital. We had all the play in first 5-7 minutes. Kicked 3 points. Not good enough.

Richmond are better tonight. They don’t need a hand up from the umpires as well!!!

Getting killed midfield, need a massive lift there,a few free kicks for a change and a few of those lucky bounces that the tigers are getting

Re: Match Thread Saints v Tigers Semi Final 2020
Yeah fair point but on top of everything else, nothing going our way. Getting absolutely smashed by a much better team at the top of their game. So many players not pulling their weight.iwantmeseats wrote: ↑Fri 09 Oct 2020 8:56pm Would be issue if we lost by less than a goal. Can you see that happening ? Thought so. Chill.

Re: Match Thread Saints v Tigers Semi Final 2020
Yep saw that he’s useless
But let’s face facts our midfield are deplorable
Can’t even scrounge a clearance without turning it over
We are B grade in there and we’ve neglected it for years
You pay a price against class
Jones has been ordinary but not alone Hannerbury awol

Re: Match Thread Saints v Tigers Semi Final 2020
We needed the breaks . We have had none. Losing Battle was probably the last straw.
Wilkie doing a fabulous job on Jack Riewoldt.
Steele has lifted in the second quarter .
Clark looks composed as always .
Marshall busting his guts .
Butler the most creative of the forwards. Membrey also working very hard

Re: Match Thread Saints v Tigers Semi Final 2020
We need to do what the Bulldogs did in the last quarter last week, just go for broke and move the ball forward quickly at all costs, what’s the worst that can happen?!?

That big pricks elbow into Patons face deliberate ...should be suspended
Cochin ripping off Jones’s head...no 50?
Sincs goal disallowed...
Wtf
We can’t clear for s***
I can’t see any upside...
Hannebery? We need you...Hill too...
Sincs is trying...MEmbrey too.
