Maybe if he had a right foot and stopped staging for free kicks, maybe then you’d have an argument

Re: Match Thread Saints v Giants Round 18 2020
Disagree entirely. Such an important game you don’t play someone who is not ready. We are already one down with Geary in the team. Now it’s 2 down with Hannebery and if you include Kent it’s 3. So it’s a huge and massive NO from mesks023 wrote: ↑Fri 18 Sep 2020 9:57pmLacks match fitness but there's no second tier comp for him to play in . Clearly in our best 22....you play him simple as thatSaintPelican66 wrote: ↑Fri 18 Sep 2020 9:28pmI think you’re off your tree if you think he should be playing. He cannot run properly and has hardly had a touch

Thanks Curly. Thought the umpires were OK to that point, but this was a blatant rip-off.
The next 2 goals are important.
Need a few guys to lift.

10 points up and I still feel like we need a big lift if we're going to win.

Re: Match Thread Saints v Giants Round 18 2020
Stats are a bit deceptive on this one.
They show GWS with a possession dominance, but really about fifty of their touches are dinky handballs and chips.
Clearances are pretty close.
Difference is we have kicked 5.5 Sure they missed some doozies, but King should have two goals up as well.
We are good enough. Need to stop them getting so many easy looks though. The whole field pressure in the middle part of the second quarter slowed them right down. Keep it up and we win.

Hopefully Curly will be delighted with the umpiring performance tonight for once just like me. They've been..... outstanding.

That pressure is shutting them down across half back.
