I thought our defenders were ok.

Wilkie, Howard, Paton and Coff all broke even but they didn’t have the pressure that WC defenders did

I’m puzzled as to why this took so long to happen. I’d have done it the match after Gresham went down. As you say, pretty damned obvious.

Now we are struggling to keep the season alive.

On the bright side, Ryder/Marshall, Steele, Gresham, Clark, Jones looks an accomplished and talented midfield core group for next season.

Plus Hannebery, Sinclair, Dunstan, Ross. Bytel. Bit of depth there.
