Votes v Dons
As they say, take the win and move on.
No one played for 4 quarters, so I found this hard, but here we go.
5. Paddy Ryder. A very calm influence at critical moments.
3. Rowan Marshall . Almost a ruckrover. Great threat.
2. Nick Coffield . Very assured.
2. Josh Battle. Super early.
2. Zak Jones. Best midfielder.
1. Max King. Bursts of brilliance.

Re: Votes v Dons
I've never been one to participate in this thread, but today:
5. Billings. Like a silk gown in a Vinnie's bin today. Stood out, delivered beautifully.
4. Jones. Contests, contests, runs and runs.
3. Battle. BOG to half time and demonstrated our depth and his versatility.
2. Ryder. Do those who could not understand his recruitment understand now?
1. Membrey. Showed, again, today that he is much more than a one-dimensional forward and spent valuable time down back.

Re: Votes v Dons
5. Zak Jones - great four quarter effort and gives 100% at every contest
4. Paddy Ryder - set up the win with a dominant first half and kicked a goal
3. Josh Battle - great first half although tired badly in last quarter
2. Rowan Marshall - he still has that X factor
1. Max King - I especially liked the last goal from distance - not easy in a last quarter
Shiel is a very good player - he was blitzed in the first half, so you can expect a recovery - no shame to Jack.

Re: Votes v Dons
Was hard game to pick 5 best I think. Didn’t get Billings in my votes even tho I probably should have.

Re: Votes v Dons
Jones in my best.
There's something about his body language that screams 'I luv this club'
Marshall, Wilkie, Billings, The Coff, not in that order.
Very hard to decide

Re: Votes v Dons
Yep I found it very hard today. Hill was good, Billings even better. Both were in the 9 names I wrote down when working out the votes, and happy for you to say I was wrong to remove them from the final list ! It is a good sign when the workload is shared around.
