Rolls on top of it stopping Saints from taking it then stands up leaving ball on the ground. Why is that not 50? Great delay tactic. Should be 50. Don't get me started on hands in the back.
Agree, I don't get how the umpires haven't cracked down on it. Some teams do it a lot, Geelong have done it numerous times tonight to delay and zone back

You people should follow the Tigers, they know how to eat their own. The team is clearly buggered and maybe we aren’t as good Yet. as you all seemed to believe.

I half expected we’d struggle to come up tonight and all you can do is pick out players to s##tcan.

No, we’re also missing one or two of Ross/Jones/Dunstan/Hannebery.

Cats too many skilled players and have a forward structure. If we keep bombing to King forget it.

Discussing player's match performance in the match thread? Perish the thought!

Get used to it Winmore. People tend to vent when they are frustrated.

Butler should have got 50 when O'Connor put his head into him

Not sure why Membrey isn't pulling the trigger

Bytel looks very assured - great hands

Passengers are aplenty and backline is getting obliterated - 10 out of 13 inside 50s they scored ..... surely that stops in the 2nd half

I get that some of our faves are struggling And I hate Geelong the second most but Butler hasn’t been sighted. Where is the keyboard hero who’s going to pot him? It’s bull dust.

Still in it. Played poorly and are within distance. Look like players are struggling with 4 day break... on a quick turnaround the first half can feel like you’re in mud as the body takes some time, only after a run do the shackles break

We’re winning the middle - need to tighten up down back and clean up going forward. First goal in the 3rd critical

We are beating the Cats in both inside 50s and contested ball so right there it tells me they are very beatable

Pies won't beat us again like they did

We definitely belong but yes a few more elite players would assure this

We are leading some key stats....

Time in forward half
Fwd 50 entries
Contested possessions

Losing
Kicking efficiency....we’re turning it over

Coffield had no chance of getting back to that.

Will this be when we turn around those 3rd quarter blues? Swings and roundabouts and all that

I still think Pies cut above Cats tbh at full strength we’ll struggle to stop them
Agree on between the arcs we are right in this contest just entries going in and done kicking efficiency
J Kelly plus be lovely.....we’d be elite I reckon

Cats 18 entries for 12 scores - that's the game right there

Need to be within 2 goals at tree quarter time to be a chance. I think we need Geelong to stop to get up in this one!
