Good teams find a way to win.
The rest of Australia can wander mask-free, socialise, eat out, no curfews, no zoning, no police rings of steel, no illogical inconsistent rules.

Savage needs game time and I reckon Geary will want to play against his good mate Selwood.

Oh my. I can't believe this. We have won our last four against them by a total of 11 points. Each time heart stoppers.
You're quite brilliant Shane, yeah..terrific!

I'm convinced Billings failed to sign your jumper or fresh aired you for a high five saintkid You really don't like him. We had many bits of bad play tonight that should have cost us, as a collective we were pathetic.
You are right about Butler, his individual brilliance got us home.

If so, we cut our own key to do it. We were down 10.8 to 9.4 mid way through the last, and kicked the next 3.2
I reckon therefore the better analogy is to say we got up off the canvass after taking an 8 count.!

I didn't see the game.
Just Radio and you lot.
THanks.
When they picked Kent I felt queezy. When they picked Long I felt jittery. When they picked Phillips my heart sunk.

Not as hearbreaking (or heartwarming!!) as Bob Rose's Collingwood losing 3 GFs over 7 years by 11 points total.shanegrambeau wrote: ↑Thu 06 Aug 2020 11:47pm Oh my. I can't believe this. We have won our last four against them by a total of 11 points. Each time heart stoppers.

I don't know whether (???)soccer dribble was fortuitous or aimed at Lurch the Butler, but thank you very much.

He’s not saying he was joking. He’s defending his comment and it seems tome and to a few others that he was serious.

Have we won more games based in Noosa than we did based in Seaford?

Milne was in the crowd react and Butler revived his spirit tonight.
Sorry to repeat myself but it's just so good to have a genuine predator in the 50 with the ability to improvise, the determination to finish and take the goal and the skill to create goals out of nothing.
Go Saints!

Re: Match Thread Saints v Suns Round 10 2020
A couple of blokes got the rest of them over the line in that one. Felt like we only played for half the game. Got a feeling Monday might get a bit messy, give a few boys the game off I reckon and take a win as a bonus.

Want to watch the most boring and devious thing on television and probably in mankind's history, then tune into a daily live press conference at 11am.

Re: Match Thread Saints v Suns Round 10 2020
The tall forwards Membrey, King, Marshall and sometime Ryder were pretty bad when playing forward tonight. Not sure what has happened with Membrey and again we got the dud brother in King and Phillips

Ye of little faith!
Didn't you say that about Port as well after the Adelaide game?
I'm convinced if we play at our best we can challenge any team this year.

Re: Match Thread Saints v Suns Round 10 2020
True, but when was the last time we beat Port before that!
The boys just looked stuffed, and the performance wasn’t anything to write home about.
Personally I’d make sure we’re primed for the Bombers.
But going by this year we’ll probably come out next week against a good side and look great! Hopefully

Re: Match Thread Saints v Suns Round 10 2020
A fair post except for the last 11 words. Pretty silly to come to that conclusion about Max King after 10 rounds, more so because the club is 7-3.Jacks Back wrote: ↑Fri 07 Aug 2020 12:04am The tall forwards Membrey, King, Marshall and sometime Ryder were pretty bad when playing forward tonight.
