this is getting to the point of delerious proportionsDevilhead wrote: ↑Wed 05 Aug 2020 12:50am To me the kick that Jake half marked over the boundary was actually over the boundary - from the naked eye and the positioning of feet and bodies it looked well over

Fk you ump ..... ball into boundary fence as we see many times during a game
Fk you Wilson for still not saying sorry to the players and club about getting it wrong re: a lying Duthie
some sink the boot in one journo because (insert ridiculous reason here) but not another
where is all the vitriol and hate for Riewoldt ? He actually knows the guy, he played with him - he KNOWS what he is like
Fk you ump - same Fk you stkilda when we signed him
Ever ask yourself the reason why Essendon did everything to keep Hurley and didnt stress much about losing Carlisle

Rosa Klebb loves to sink the boot into the Saints
Wonder if we will hear anything from her regarding her beloved Tiger Lynch and his disgraceful thrusting of his opponent Brions player head into the ground - way more dangerous and disrespectful than what Carlisle did

Re: Has Carlisle Given Clavarino His Chance
Also seemed to be a lot of stress regarding Carlisle and pick 5 from Essendon
It wasnt like Carlisle wanted to stay Drugdon hence why The Dopers went full stress mode over the trade
Think you need to revise your history Sunsaint

Because Essendon still had some taxi / uber drivers to teach a lesson?sunsaint wrote: ↑Wed 05 Aug 2020 3:16pmthis is getting to the point of delerious proportionsDevilhead wrote: ↑Wed 05 Aug 2020 12:50am To me the kick that Jake half marked over the boundary was actually over the boundary - from the naked eye and the positioning of feet and bodies it looked well over

I'm not sure Seve would have agreed with that analogy. Many will definitely agree with you about Hutchy, he's my 2nd but I've not chosen my #1 yet.saynta wrote: ↑Tue 04 Aug 2020 4:00pmf****** Caroline Wilson. Spare me. Her facial expression leaves one wondering if she continually is sucking on a lemon. Near the top of my ladder of hate fwiw.Scollop wrote: ↑Tue 04 Aug 2020 3:29pm It’s not an issue in anyone else’s mind except Caroline Wilson and....yours. He’s not obligated to hand the ball to the boundary umpire. When there is a stoppage, some players pick up the footy and hand it back to the ump and some players leave it on the ground
Speaking of players taking a dive...that reminds me of that softy ex-captain that plays for Carlton.
Carlisle had a go at Murphy and according to Carro, Jake made ‘misogynistic’ slurs. Therefore Carro can never forgive Jake and she’ll be seeking revenge at every opportunity on behalf of all women.
And that fat f*** Hutchy runs a close second.

Criticism of Jake lacked context and balance. C. Wilson has decades of form and poison is her go. I hope Nick wasn't virtue signalling. Haven't looked exhaustively but Rampe's treatment of Max seems ignored and suddenly he is a saint (pun intended). Confucius say - never trust a journalist.

Re: Has Carlisle Given Clavarino His Chance
Jake comes across a bit of a dick at times, but it takes all kinds.
Look at Brian Lake, in the right team he knuckled down for a couple of seasons and became a Norm Smith medalist.
I don't give a rats arse that Jake tried to hit Rampes hand as long as he didn't get suspended.
If you come in with an injury, you're fair game to get tested out in my opinion.
Where the Roo situation was disgusting is he was injured and trying to assess himself and see if he could play on when he was hit which was disgusting.

It's hilarious watching some of the 80s and 90s football commentator old timers call out some of these actions when back in the day they wouldn't have thought twice about doing the same or worried about having the same done to them.

Re: Has Carlisle Given Clavarino His Chance
As far as I'm concerned, Rampe was declared to be fit to play by his club...not fit to play as long as no opposition defender hits his hand. If Rampe's hand was such an issue, then the Swans should have been hauled over the coals by the AFL for playing a seriously injured player.

Clarkson tried to sneak in to get Jake to Hawthorn
Carlisle is at St Kilda and a required player

Revisionist Historian yeah - ok here goes
JC cant come to contract agreement wants out of EFC - and plays like that
Like all good mercenary he looks at the best lucrative offer for the longest terms -Hello my beloved StKilda
Rewards himself with an overseas holiday and we are about to learn what he was up to on that little jaunt
Three clubs are the main players in the JC in the market Saints Carlton and Hawks
EFC weigh up the best deal for them and know that the Saints have pick 5 ( but its not on the table)
JC is going to the best offer terms for EFC - the Hawks
11th hour offer from Saints - yes take pick 5 for 14 in return
DONE
Now in hindsight Carlisle and Gresham is a good win - but thats luck more than anything else
2019 Carlisle is back on the trade table but the Saints dont get no offers for ole Jake
Hows them history lessons?

Gehrigs' hands were the last thing opposition players were hanging on to before they passed out in a python strangle holdThe Fireman wrote: ↑Wed 05 Aug 2020 7:26pm who was the idiot who was hitting the G trains hand..nothing was said about that.
