Any of Ross/Kent/Lonie in for Parker/Battle/Ryder (if hand no good)

Savage earned the right to stay in ahead of Geary and long brings a better version of the same traits as Geary
savage and Gears were both good tonight.

What a brilliant team we have.

Aj joy to,watch. An absolute joy.

This team has something special about it.

But, we need to keep a lid on it.🤐🤫🤫🤐

Thought Savage was very good tonight. He is still a better player than Long IMO and a different type of player.
He's certainly different. Both are hard at it, no question on courage. Both can tackle. I believe Long will hurt more in tackling, pace, vision, marking and disposal efficiency.
I'll take you to task on the word WILL. I read it as "he hasn't yet, but". I, too, am looking to the day when he will hurt more.

That's fine, you just read it wrong, "will" as in "will" hurt more in all of those aspects than Savage "would".

Better than Long? Hmmmm.... No!!

Savage had a good year last year. He is defending a lot better than he was 3-4 years ago but he has been overtaken by Long who will only get better with experience

Long creates opportunities for his team mates to score. Savage wastes opportunities

IF Long gets the ball enough to create opportunities. Sure he has improved a fair bit in his SIX games this year but he has a long, long (pardon the pun) way to go before he is considered an automatic selection. In my opinion, of course.

Great to see Hind, Sinclair and Savage making the most of their opportunities. We are now a team where you must grab your chance when it comes along.

I thought Parker did ok too
That mix up with him trying to do the team thing when his instinct would have been to blaze away and. If, confident, snap a beauty
Yep is he down on confidence or trying to do what is expected of him and I’m not so sure that him kicking goals is top of coaches expectations from Matty Parker.

Go you good things....!!!
