I am sure last week's display, the subsequent publicity and dropping of at least one of the officiating umpires helped us last night.
Obviously, for a change, a very biased home crowd wasn't allowed to influence the decisions.

He’s a St Kilda supporter too.
Hello. PA were stone cold motherless goalless in the last.
That had nothing to do with the umpires.
See, it’s ok when it happens to us...but when it happens to them, all hell breaks loose.
As the AFLs ugly sister, we had to wear it.
Time for them to suck it up.

Re: The umpires tonight
We are easy pickings for the media as we are seen as an unfashionable team due to having no standout stars
Currently sitting 3rd having beaten 3 teams sitting in the top 8 but that still seemingly isn't good enough for the media to take us seriously.
Oh well ..... underdogs flying under the radar and all that

Re: The umpires tonight
They played audio of the umpire apologising and saying he didn't see it.
When I first saw it I thought Parker had ducked and that's why it wasn't paid, in slow-mo is was as obvious a free as there is.
A couple of the ruck frees had me baffled, one against Marshall and one in the last to Marshall for what I could not tell. On both occasions both rucks looked at the umpire with no clue who was getting the free, these should be play on.
I thought we had an absolute s*** go last week against Adelaide and got a very good run on Saturday night.
You'd think the apology we received last week had the umpires focused on ensuring they were not swayed by home crowd noise.

Bromberg a former player was appointed a federal Court judge. Doubt any of them post here, but you never know.

I know a judge and they are warned against being on social media, anon or otherwise because of the risk involved, particularly the risk of being compromised in anyway. Doubt they would have the time.
But like you said, you never know.

Every goal after that led on from a dodgy free.
A holding the ball free against Jones on the wing was kicked to Duursma who celebrated like it was the last goal they would kick for a while.
