I will be tuning into the idiot box with a couple of 6 packs and a big pack of Aldi Pretzels.
I can't stand brand snobs, especially when they parade as Saints supporters.
I just don't want to shop in a foreign owned store and a German one at that.
The profits don't stay in this country. Up to you where you shop.
What would I know

How perceptive you are. I learned to drive in the family's Hillman Minx in 1963 around the streets of Ashburton and Holmsglen. Although I had been driving tractors and trucks on farms since I was a young boy.Trev from the Bush wrote: ↑Sun 26 Jul 2020 2:09amOnly Hillman Minxes in the car park at your bowls club. Me, an Austin A55 Cambridge, 4 on the column, AWA push button radio and carpets. Pure luxury driving the 12 foot seal roads around the back of Laverton and Werribee.saynta wrote: ↑Sun 26 Jul 2020 5:06pmHow perceptive you are. ps. Never played bowls in my life apart from carpet bowls which the commonwealth bank tried to make compulsory. Pricks.Trev from the Bush wrote: ↑Sun 26 Jul 2020 7:06pmMe, an Austin A55 Cambridge, 4 on the column, AWA push button radio and carpets. Laverton and Werribe eh? Don't think I have ever been there unless you go through there to get to Geelong.I rarely ventured Nth or west of the CBD unless going to the footy with my dad. My grandfather did have a farm at Sunbury though. That was way way out of town.
I did have a girlfriend who lived in Brunswick for a little while .Didn't last. Too far from home.

My Dad had a Hillman Minx Panel Van. Apart from never being able to quote other posters properly, quite a bit actually.Goose is king wrote: ↑Sat 25 Jul 2020 12:25pm What would I know all the way in Victoria but I believe we are about to have a great game and win tonight. We have had good to great periods and/or quarters and halves so far this season but never a full match. This appears to be our biggest challenge, top of the ladder Port. I don’t think Port is the benchmark and aren’t as good as Collingwood who we failed miserably against. That needs to be referenced to the players to ensure we are totally switched on and I have a feeling for some reason this will be the win and performance when we get taken seriously as a contender. Perhaps we are too young to be a contender but with so few injuries in this crazy season perhaps we can contend. I have a feeling we have our most committed and comprehensive effort and best result tonight. But what would I know

We now cross to the Goose for next Tuesday’s Ozlotto results.

Pretty sure it’s tonight’s 20,000,000 powerball I’m going to win
