Hey awesome EM! I meant was it the best game of the season by any two teams? Seemed just so fast, intense and great skills on show

So pleasing that the entire Port Adelaide fans went home miserable.

And the one behind was a pretty fair effort by Butler from the pocket that hit the post !
Inaccurate, he should be dropped.
Could not make the dribble kick grip on slippery grass.
Shane Warne would have got the ball to turn toward off.

Most impressive part for me was that it was a tight game and we've tended to be mentally fragile when we're up against the wall this season.

We were resolute for 4 quarters and it was very impressive.

Been raining for 12 hrs here on the GC (with drizzle since Friday)

I imagine it’s similar weather at Noosa but I doubt the boys will care after last night

First four quarter effort this year:
Pro's: Ryder & Roma combo - it's working and all the trash talk from a few weeks ago seems to have gone.
Back 6 - they have been awesome all year, even in our losses
Love Clarke's attack on the ball - I reckon he should buddy up with Hill and show him how it's done
Butler - awesome again - so dangerous
Geary - been underrated and has done superb stoppage jobs on his opponents

Cons:
Hill - too soft, scared to put his body on the line. Those premiership medals are just right place, right time. He is a $250k a year player imo. Havent heard one commentator question his form or courage.
Parker & Hind - quiet

Poor goal kicking cost us
Early call  But I do understand it was after we'd put two on the full.
