This. Totally agree. Aggressive,
forward ball movement and hitting targets. It’s like a dream.

Fyfe is allowed an extra few seconds to dispose of the ball by the umpires because he's won 2 brownlows.
Coffield hasn't unfortunately.
Yep this is the problem with umpires. Collingwood last night where given an eternity while other teams far less.

Getting a massive boost from the umps, AFL must hate Freo even more than us
The umpires are so hot on holding the ball its ridiculous.
The decision against Coffield and the one to Lonie for the last goal gave the guy who won the ball no chance of disposing of it legally.
I think that interpretation needs to be revisited and relaxed to give the guy going for the ball some protection.
The rule change was supposed to kick in if you could dispose of the ball but made no attempt. How can you attempt to legally dispose of the ball when you’re lying on the ground with one arm held?
Over all we are playing well. Loving the King Butler combo. Butler is always running past king when the balls comes into 50. Reminds me of the Roo Milne combo. If we miss it in the air we get it on the ground
Great 1st Q. Pressure has been fantastic and our ball movement is relentless and efficent. Butler is a star. How the hell did we get him so cheap?. Think the Tigers list managers may be may have done a boo boo. Fantastic pick up. Jones also is having a great impact. His speed around the ball is a welcome change.

Totally agree.
Both should not have been frees or goals (at least they were consistently wrong!)
The rest of Australia can wander mask-free, socialise, eat out, no curfews, no zoning, no police rings of steel, no illogical inconsistent rules.
They can even WATCH LIVE FOOTY!

Saints have gone to sleep here in the second quarter
