Sorry, can't give an exact measurement on that size, but I bought a kids size 6 last year in the end of season clearance.
My son has only just turned 4, so we thought we'd get that size and he'd grow into it and get a few seasons out of it. Unfortunately, it'll be lucky to last the year. It's plenty long, but really tight round the chest and torso. He's average size amongst his friends and kids his age, but these things are shaped like the players jumpers. Why you'd make kids jumpers skin tight, I have no idea. We'll stick to the Kmart replicas from now on, they're much cheaper and offer a better fit.
