From the Stats alone it is pretty even apart from accuracy on goal

Our small forwards are not getting hands on the ball and Membrey is not on the scoreboard to date (and neither is either of Marshall or Ryder with only one mark between them to half time)

As soon as we run into a solid defense we revert to bombing it into the 50.

Membrey is a solid #2 forward but will get the #1 defender and just gets beat silly. King is getting a free pass but not skilled or experienced enough yet to capitalize.

Not sure what's up with Hill....he is still running but not so sharp with his kicks and I've seen him ask 3 times for a rest. In the first game he looked so much more precise and fit.

The first game seemed to give me hope, it shouldn't have, it's a preseason....But the last two games has deflated me a bit again as it seems new players same problems....weak forward line, poor delivery, bomb it long mentality.

Thank God our defense is strong they are keeping us in this game.

Gears probably could have done with one more game before Rd1. Longy now keeps someone out of the backline. Jimmy is a big question mark. Not convinced Coffield will get selected for round 1 either. Seb and Gresh wont play down back.
