Thanks for that. What year do you think he will debut?
The year after he retires of course.

Gallagher said on SEN this morning
- shown heaps over the past 4 weeks
- and the 6 weeks prior to that
- looks capable of fulfilling his potential shown in 2017
- he is the reason they are comfortable not having a first round draft pick this year

You sound bullish about the kid, are you a sponsor by chance?

Big call by Gallagher that Bytel is the reason they are comfortable not having a first round pick this year.

They were his words not mine.

But people who know ranked him as a potential early pick pre back injury

Before Bytel was injured, many of the Bigfooty phantom drafts had him well within the top ten. The highest he was ranked in those phantom drafts was pick 5. In fact, even after he was injured he was still ranked very high. If you look back at that draft now, you will see that it was a vey high quality top 10

think you will be surprised... this guy is a gun. Watch his highlights in Vic metro under 18. He's ability to set up play, he's got so much time under pressure, all the things you can't teach he's got. picked to go as low as #5 in that superdraft I rate him highly. Can't see why you would doubt him.

I can't wait to see this kid play.....just looked at his highlights again and he's definitely got some tricks - his evasive skills seem great and has really good hands is what really stood out for me. He was going Round 1 in the 2018 draft before he did his back so he's definitely got what it takes.

Kid is a gun.

Long view has now put him in the system for a full 12 months, back fixed and a good six month rehab behind him plus a full preseason ahead. Added bonus is that he is now in a man's body.

Could be a massive win.

Will need 2 or maybe 3 pre seasons to see his best.

Don’t expect super stardom Season 1.
