WC 1st round 2020 = 1161 points
pick 57 out = -182 points
Ge 3rd round 2020 out = -194
Total 3,214 points that's pick 1 plus 55
He came close to winning the Brownlow so he is better than your average pick no 1
Seems reasonable.

To put it into different perspective, say Freo offered picks 6&7 for Kelly, that would be worth 3395 points, beating the eagles trade by 181 points. Exactly we should be easily able to accommodate his salary (given the quality of our list) which Geelong can not.
We are buying draft points for cash and salary cap.
