Re: Brad Crouch
Brad Hill, Zac Jones and now Brad Couch... is everyone coming to us???
What exactly are we giving up to secure these players?
We have no draft picks, we have no good players we would want to trade (except Bruce which is a terrible mistake)
Yet every man and his dog are playing with us next year.
Why not mention Fyfe and Dusty?

Re: Brad Crouch
I agree, can't get everyone, and would be nice to have a couple of reasonable draft picks left to use. Hill will be good, but the others? Meh. Crouch is probably trying to bump up his contract at Adelaide, would be expensive, and we have a few of his type anyway who are near his standard.B.M wrote: ↑Mon 23 Sep 2019 1:36pm Brad Hill, Zac Jones and now Brad Couch... is everyone coming to us???

Re: Brad Crouch
Where in the forum rules does it clearly state you have to provide a definite link and/or a source to any information you might be privy to?
Can someone clearly show this rule to me and others and post it right here please. Thank you very much.
Otherwise, I feel like I am getting unfairly singled out and bullied here. It's obvious I can't always provide detailed details on a rumour nor should I have to post a link about something I have read online or saw on TV or heard on the radio every time. I don't have time for that. Try Google next time.

Thank you poster Takeaway. The scrutiny about my posts is mind boggling.takeaway wrote: ↑Mon 23 Sep 2019 1:00pmSome might prefer the link, but others not that concerned about it. The post provides the rumour/news/ etc, and if the forumite wants to find out more, quite easy to check. If the forumite thinks it is rubbish, as are a lot of the media reports as well, just ignore it.Joffa Burns wrote: ↑Mon 23 Sep 2019 11:57amI think most people would agree that posting a summary of news and a link to the article is well received by members of this forum.linmarnic wrote: ↑Mon 23 Sep 2019 9:27amCheers Ted. When summary is posted without link the actual message of the article can be somewhat blurred as it is the writers interpretation of what they have read.
Posting a link removes ambiguity and allows forum members to enjoy the article in its entirety.
This of course does not sit well with some members of the forum as it removes their ability to pretend to have access to club inside information.
A couple of old posters using this style were parkeysainter & tedtheodorelogan2018. It’s fair to suggest flamingo posts in a strikingly similar manner to the above two departed forum members.
What if JRF posts the info using his array of contacts before the media does, should he state source=private?
Anyway, keep it going JRF - Just Reporting Facts.

Interesting comments coming from many quarters on here, and for quite some time too. Now, who cares where anyone gets their info from? I'm pretty sure the poster has never actually claimed to be an ITK??? but many comments are or could be concieved to be bullying.
At a time when we are asked to be mindful of mental health (and the consequences of), I think we can all understand that "yes" this person is a little short on details, but for Pete's sake, do we really need to go down the path of such vitriol? surely not
Why read a thread simply based on the need to catch someone out bulltishing??? If you don't get this bloke, then don't read

The mod made an effort to provide you an opportunity to avoid getting a permanent ban. The mod was helping you by posting th specific rule here in this thread. Have the respect and courtesy to read the post by BfUSA and stop playing the victimjohnnyrayflamingo wrote: ↑Mon 23 Sep 2019 2:40pm Where in the forum rules does it clearly state you have to provide a definite link and/or a source to any information you might be privy to?

As one of the bullies I would like to see this stirrer removed permanently
PS He is good at what he does....causes disharmony on the forum...gets banned..comes back ..... causes disharmony .. will get banned again.. ground hog day.
I feel inclined to use similar tactics on a Collingwood forum. But can't be bothered..

Don’t like something you read, play the bullying card and run to an ambulance chaser.
Go to Slater and Gordon and take action because people call you out on a football forum for being a fake ITK???

A lot of sooking going on in this thread, the people calling JRF are the loudest and pettiest and just sound like dobbers, I hope we can snag Crouchy, imagine him and Hill added to the team.

Exactly how are we ‘snagging’ Crouch?
Adelaide just going to give us one of there best players?

Re: Brad Crouch
it's "thier".
And yeah sure they are just going to give us one of "thier" players, what is this, a school yard push and shove session.
I just said it would be good to snag him, maybe look up the word snag in the urban dictionary.

"thier" is not right either.
The Saints are under review, will it make any difference to the underachievers ?

I love it when people resort to correcting grammar on a fan forum... it generally means they have no point.
