I believe he was referring to mental health issues, not being heartless.

Heartless by the coppers involved and presumptuous by jumping to conclusions. If there isn't any hard evidence they should keep their mouth shut

I can see were you are coming from and my wife agrees with you, but did you see the comments from Vic Pol that Danny;s death will not be counted amongst this year's road toll.

These things are best left with the coroner but the coppers must be in possession of information not yet made public.
