Just about right I reckon. Although it wouldn't surprise me to see one or both of Bruce & Membrey in the top five. Both have been excellent this year, especially when you consider the quality of our entries. They've kicked 34.2% of our goals this season.

Yeah fair call, forgot about him. I'd swap Battle for Wilkie then. Clark was good and deserves a strong showing at the B&F

If it was just for the last 8 rounds, Clark would almost certainly win. He has polled in all 8 games in Saintsational B&F.

But over the season he missed too many matches.

not a chance of clark winning, but a chance at top ten. i reckon ross or marshall. depends on how highly rated steele's tagging and tackling is rated by the club but he and billings should be top five, wilkie or gresh for the other spot. think wilkie deserves it more.

How does the club vote on the B & F?

Is it a 3,2,1 like the Brownlow?

Or a 5,4,3,2,1 like Saintsational?

Or does every player get a ranking out of 10 for their contribution?

Or another variation?

Most rounds we'll see coaches giving players a 3,2 or 1 vote and if you have an outstanding game with 10+ goals or 45+ possessions you'll get 4 votes from one of the coaches (obviously very rare). Might be 5 coaches giving votes so if all 5 give you a 3 you earn 15 votes for the round.

Sav leading after 10 rounds. Sebby to probably take out his second award. Wouldn't mind if Shane wins it as he has had an outstanding year

I'd say it says more about Seb doing the role he is asked to do. Coaches know the expectations and performance of the players far better than do fans.

Congrats, Seb. I think Marshall was the most valuable player to the side this year, but best and fairest is not the same as MVP.
