Going from the limited views we get on the telly, he’s not going super hard off the ball, looks like he’s jogging a lot.
By the way, is it just me, or have there been some funny camera angles and sloppy camera work on the broadcast today?

Much better quarter. Doesn’t matter if it’s a round 23 dead rubber, have some pride in your performance lads!

How in God's name can the club be offering Jack Newnes a 2 year extension.....he is a liability to this team and I cannot work out how he is being gifted games.

If we win we won’t finish in the bottom six and get an easy draw next year. I suspect that is why they are playing the way they are. The problem is that Sydney are not sufficiently competent to take advantage. Our players demeanour appears to be sh1t, how are we still in this - that wasn’t meant to happen.

Re: Match Thread Saints v Swans Round 23 2019
Our third quarters, even in the matches we have won, have been terrible all season this year. Of all the clubs in the league the Swans are the side I really hate losing too. A hangover from all of the hidings we used to get at the old Lake Oval. Where, just like now, the same scenario in games plays out, year in, year out.kosifantutti wrote: ↑Sat 24 Aug 2019 3:50pmDown by 1. Our third quarters have been appalling all year - let's hope they prove me wrong - I hope so. But body language - with the exclusion of Acres and Bruce who have stood up - isn't filling me with a lot of confidence.

I believe Trev the mascot was approached by the Giants, just covering our bases.

Agree but nearly spat my beer when Dunstall said "he appears to be kicking alot of floaters today". Jase, he's kicked floaters his whole career! He should only ever kick those 20 metre passes or handball.

Something to do with the demolition/construction spree that’s happening at the SCG precinct?silverhalo wrote: ↑Sat 24 Aug 2019 3:59pmMust have the work experience kid doing it today for the last gamekosifantutti wrote: ↑Sat 24 Aug 2019 3:59pmCamera work and directing are shocking.Premium89 wrote:Going from the limited views we get on the telly, he’s not going super hard off the ball, looks like he’s jogging a lot.

When was the last time the Swans weren't ahead of us at half time? 2012?
EFA: When was the last time we were in front of the Swans in the third quarter?

As annoying as their pre-conceived narrative has been - what you've described above pretty much sums us up!

Legal tackle not necessary for holding the ball!

That’s a goal an $800k player kicks.

I can’t recall any team ever that’s been as s*** as this team at kicking goals.
