Single Billings out too. Softest $800k a year player in the AFL. Seen more than enough of him week in week out to make that call.BarryGrogan wrote: ↑Sat 03 Aug 2019 11:09pm Lonie: the small forward that can't tackle and can't kick goals.

Ratten - made some blues tonight.
- no tag on Laird first half
- McKenzie on Betts
- played Brown and Carlisle
First serious test and fail.

21-15 another great margin.
NO IFS OR BUTS HARVS IS KING OF THE AFL
Re: Match Thread Saints v Crows Round 20 2019
Our players need to understand you don't need to take posession to get it to your teams advantage. Get and release instantly or just tap or punch it on without taking posession. This is a skill we need to master before we will a good team.
We need to move the ball faster and more accurately. And we have to stop giving away senseless free kicks and 50 metre penalties. We need players that physically hurt the opposition when they tackle them with the ball.
Kicking at goal, stop twirling the ball around or moving it side to side. Ball over the kicking leg held still. Bend over the ball with head over the ball and don't lift the head until it has been kicked.
Oh and pick players that are 1. smart 2. Skilled 3. Fast 4. Angry.
2 weeks in a row i have seen Ross give up on a play. If i was coach i would explain to him you do that one more time you are sacked on the spot!

Adelaide are still s***
Holder of unacceptable views and other thought crimes.
Re: Match Thread Saints v Crows Round 20 2019
Battle had a shocker but can forgive.
McKenzie not good enough. Had enough chances and skills just not good enough.
Forward line just horrible.
Positives were Marshall, Clarke and Coffield all look like can be very good players.

Re: Match Thread Saints v Crows Round 20 2019
Really super disappointing!!
Game was there for the taking but some of our decision making was appalling
Kicking backwards whilst in an attacking position needs to fkn stop ...... full stop

Wellardsaint
You got the margin
Pity, because we handed them the win rather than Adelaide beating us

I have no idea what you've been watching... Had a dud night but has had a very good year. Averaging 26 disposals and 6 marks a game.saintkid wrote: ↑Sat 03 Aug 2019 11:12pmSingle Billings out too. Re: Match Thread Saints v Crows Round 20 2019
well done parker. but what a disappointing night.
way too many passengers. many of ours playing underpar, but really showing through billings kicking like he'd forgotten how, battle running around like a headless chook, mckenzie just no composure, and bloody carlisle playing like he'd rather be at home sending snapchats from the sofa. disgusting effort by him.
just hope there's some truth to the gastro rumours behind some of those performances. if not big jakey should be running round sandy next week,

Re: Match Thread Saints v Crows Round 20 2019
Fair to say that our 3 INs this week were close to our worst players tonight.....first time I've seen Battle play a bad game (will be better for the run), jury still out on Parker, McKenzie just too many skill errors.

We were good enough to beat Adelaide tonight, just better finishing needed.
Think of me long enough to make a memory.

The oldest team in the league and no injuries. They are seriously ****.
It was nice to get done by 22 and not 80.

Re: Match Thread Saints v Crows Round 20 2019
Yeah, well he had 23 or so disposals tonight. A lot of his ball gets mean stuff all to the team where it matters and I stand by that. His good games are mainly when others have taken the team to a leading or winning position.shrodes wrote: ↑Sat 03 Aug 2019 11:18pmI have no idea what you've been watching...
