Are you saying that Lethlean is picking his friends as favours to them, even though they aren't qualified and/or suitable for these roles? Are you saying that he is making decisions for his own personal gain, rather than what's best for the club?
Anyone who thinks that Lethlean has ANY concerns about the St Kilda Footy Club, should really get a grip on reality. This bloke is poison......... There is no way on earth that he would have come to us out of CHOICE The St. Kilda Footy Club is Lethlean's personal "Gulag" his "purgatory" for not keeping it in his kecks at AFL House. Once he's served his "sentence" he'll drop us like a hot snot!!! "Grubby" Allen is another one...can SOMEONE tell me just what the phuck that bastard actually DOES at the club?? (other than collect a salary!!! )

What does Lethlean have to gain by giving Scott a job?
He’s mates with him.. doing a favour for his mate.. as pretty much all of the appointments. Hes absolutely not the best person for the job... at all... that’s the problem
