Re: Match Thread Saints v Kangaroos at Boot Hill Round 1 2019
I don’t care care about losing anymore. I should feel something. But I do not.
Same for winning.
I think the players are same now.
Richo should be moved on tomorrow. Even if it is just so I can feel something for St Kilda again this year.
Yep, it’s all about me.

Disappointing end, although we did slightly peg back Norths umpire fueled first quarter advantage...Battle down back would have made a difference in the last.

Gresham has had all the opportunity in the world, htf would any other club developed him any differently. His problem is lack of composure, trying to do too much and disposal.
He hasn’t been able to step up to midfielder this year because he ain’t up to it

Now I can see why we didn’t select Brown

There is no chance Mackenzie would be given a game by a coach like Clarkson.
His ability to win and dispose of the ball is not AFL standard. I don't care that he's a great mark and he's got courage etc, it doesn't matter if he turns the ball over after taking a great mark.

Its not hard to disagreee with that statement however taking into account our woeful injury run the inexperience of players in the side and the stale coaching there is a glimmer of hope if could get close to or best 22 on the park and change the coach
Top 4 pick now likely which we must use ona big bodied dynamic midfielder who is ready to go

Umpire number 2 Nick Foot does it again.
The final tally for Foot was 12 frees to North and 0 StKilda. (+4 goals)
The other two umpires gave 12 to North and 16 to StKilda.
It is not only the ones he gives against us but the several he refuses to give to the saints and it is this way EVERY time he umpires our matches.

We should have been 2 goals up at half time if we had proper umpires.

I was a bit tough on Dunstan and Carlisle
Just furious after Carlisle gobbled off, and Lukey battles hard, but is just damaging.
Both were serviceable

I don’t think we are. Just playing like we are.The Fireman wrote:wasn't 100% sure if we were a bottom 4 side....am now. ... beaten in just about everything.
Seems like none of the players give a s***.
That says plenty to me.

The Roos were ordinary a couple of months ago.The Fireman wrote:I keep telling myself that......but....
Carlton was a rabble.
All of a sudden do they have better lists?

Re: Match Thread Saints v Kangaroos at Boot Hill Round 1 2019
Gresh is not a midfielder, nor will he ever be.
He could be one of the best small forwards in the league though.
The Cho continuously puts him in the middle...where he simply looks lost.
Hopefully a new coach will play him where he belongs.
