Ross cant hit the side of a barn door. Bloody useless!
In Springfield, they're eating the dogs. The people that came in, they're eating the cats. They’re eating – they are eating the pets of the people that live there.

An old Scottish supervisor I had when just a kid had the saying.....you can’t teach a pig to sing, it won’t work and it will only annoy the pig. I think this applies to our football team.
Rugby League would have to be the stupidest, most moronic and over rated game of all time.

When is ross going to learn to kick on the right foot...
When is acres going to learn you cannot always crash a tackle and then try a handball...
So bad....

Ross would have to be one of the poorest kicks in the comp.. I can't remember last time he hit a target. Hunter Clarke had an absolute horrible first half also.

Seriously Ross needs to get off the ground. He's a liability out there!
Why can we not get a clean disposal? Our (lack of) skills is not acceptable at this level.

Foot skills are just atrocious.
Clark and Ross prime culprits at the moment.
They've scored 5 goals directly from turnovers in the back half. Clark in the 1st Q and Battle in the 2nd are the two that jump out in my mind.
Elementary skills. Really unacceptable for AFL level players to be kicking this crap this regularly

Do we have a forward coach, actually do we have a senior coach?
Again why drop Brown? Whose genius idea was that.

Re: Match Thread Saints v Lions Round 14 2019
Turnover after turnover after turnover .... Battle not once but twice with dumbarse short kick
Forwardline dysfunctional as ever
So frustrating given we had the ascendancy in the first half of that 2nd quarter

We have by far the worse midfield in the afl - if we don't find replacements we will sit in the bottom few for a long time
Possessions mean zilch if you can't create from them

A classic example of how stats can be misleading . Ross has had 20 disposals at half time, Hind 7. Hind clearly the better player.Tom_Sainter wrote: ↑Sat 22 Jun 2019 6:44pm Ross would have to be one of the poorest kicks in the comp.. I can't remember last time he hit a target. Clark really has gone backwards this season.
Hind and Sinclair are two of the few players using it well.
Re: Match Thread Saints v Lions Round 14 2019
We are making real bottom team errors. All the good work gets undone very quickly. Very disappointing, I hope we can turn it around in the 2nd half.

I quite like the way Blake tries to own the footy and create something. I'd much prefer that than just giving it up with blind kicks and handballs like Seb and co. generally do

Ross should be given instructions to never kick. Ever.portosaint wrote:I quite like the way Blake tries to own the footy and create something. I'd much prefer that than just giving it up with blind kicks and handballs like Seb and co. generally do

I’d rather 10 from Acres than 20 from Seb

This is bulls***
As ex-president Peter Summers said:
“If we are going to be a contender, we may as well plan to win the bloody thing.”
St Kilda - At least we have a Crest!

Better drilled, better coached by a mile. Richardson dead man walking.
