Re: Match thread, Port in Shanghai
I agree about Richo- his teams have no system except to run around like headless chickens and bomb the ball. Give Brown a break, it's his mates upfield that are letting the ball come down the ground so easy it's not funny. If I was Brown, I would be serving it up in the rooms at half time, to the forwards and midfield for putting absolutely no pressure on...at all!magnifisaint wrote: ↑Sun 02 Jun 2019 4:36pm Richo is a dead man walking. No excuses for missing goals. Brown is just a witches hat. Just ball watches.

Our recruiters need dropping!
Our coach will go ... sacking coaches is what we are good at.

You can see why we will never play finals with the midfield we have.

Coffield is spectating.Impatient Sainter wrote: ↑Sun 02 Jun 2019 4:24pm I cant believe with Ports forward speed the replaced McKenzie with Coffield and not Hind. Coffield is too slow and gets exposed to easily.
So is Phillips.
Nowhere near hard enough at the contest today.

I fail to believe that all our players have not been made into C grade players, how can that possibly be true? The same managers that construct zero system, and players that don't know what to do, and are full of self belief cannot recruit suitably since they can't know who to place into the failed system.
This is a team game and there is no room for individuals who think they are above walking through the fire.

No key forward in 100 years has been able to outmark 4 defenders consistently.
Saad, Dennis-Lane, Milera, all the current ones bar Gresham.
Seem to think you can replace quality with quantity!
Why not try and get decent mids and rotate them in that small forward role?

Nope nothing will essentially change whilst Richardson remains head coach. We can shift the deck chairs around all we like, change the officers and seaman, but whilst the captain remains incompetent, we ain’t going nowhere.

Dumb footy, dumb players, dumb coach.
Plenty of smart passengers but, they get paid plenty and deliver not much (I count at least 4) - they need their tickets stamped. Club has to churn; not try to turn pigs ears into skilled footballers. But there will be the they were sick excuse and nothing will change. Long inside the 50 passed to a guy standing next to 195cm Westhoff. Do'h. Sinclair into and open goal.....just too much responsibility I guess for the young chap - thought about his usual handball....caught in 2 minds - very poor.

This would have had a massive impact - I think we need to reserve some of our harsh criticism. We’re playing in China because our administration has been poor over the past 10 years. Our first time there. Can’t expect a seemless performance.Bruce G McAbee wrote: ↑Sun 02 Jun 2019 4:34pm And as I predicted, the players affected by the virus have very little left.

In Springfield, they're eating the dogs. The people that came in, they're eating the cats. They’re eating – they are eating the pets of the people that live there.

Watch it Firey we need to make excuses: viruses, logic failure due to heat, brain malfunction due to Chinese speaking hotel employees, boot design, poor ground design and Robbie gray allergy!
This is a team game and there is no room for individuals who think they are above walking through the fire.
