You don't recover from a stomach bug in 24 hours. The symptoms may go away, but it takes a lot out if you. Expect our players to fade badly in the 2nd half, we would have needed at least 2 extra days to fully recover.
As gas as I 'm concerned, this game was lost the moment we agreed to play it in Shanghai.

It doesn't say why - it just says Brandon White has withdrawn from the team list for tomorrow and that Nick Hind is taking his place.
EDIT: Maybe team balance: Young sick now too apparently. Parker posted something about it on social media. He is probably in doubt for tomorrow's game.
