Well no.. we can’t.. we tried, no one wants to come, so it’s either it sits unused or we use it

Running flat out and looked good
However i noticed that after each drill whilst catching his breath ( a la robert harvey ) he would feel his leg .
So he was obviously very aware of his hamstrings.
I hope he pulls up alright !
