So Shiel has landed a job with a high profile Essendon supporting businessman. Very similar to Judd’s Visy job and once again the AFL turn a blind eye.

What Caaaarlton did with The Chicken-winger was a disgrace and made a mockery of the salary cap (not that it did the Paper-Baggers any good).
The AFL sort of conceded at the time that such deals would not be countenanced in the future - so this disgrace is somewhat of a surprise.
Let's hope it backfires on these dirty druggies.
