Hannebery Rebuild Updates - Please add as a sticky

Post: # 1785097Post farquhar »

Can we have Dan Hannebery rebuild updates from any saintsational track watchers regularly added to a thread and kept as a sticky?

This is important as we have $800k per annum invested in the success of this rebuild and why he's not quite the Six Million Dollar Man, a fit Hannebery will be an important addition to our upcoming finals campaign.

He was at the football last week, so he's getting closer.

Well the latest beating drums indicate that if we are lucky that he may play in the second half of the season.

How is the Notre Dame cathedral rebuild going?
Might be a similar time frame.

This could become the longest thread in Saintsational history.

The Age is saying that scientists have brought a pig's brain back to life. Surely rebuilding a footballer can't be too hard. Just dip him in some stem cells or something.

Well considering that Lovett arrived dreadfully unfit and finished last in all time trials and then was charged with rape, this is a big call.....

Rumours abound re Dan, but anyone who knows anything about AFL knew that Dan was/is a party boy. Surely our recruiting department aren’t that naive??

I’ve heard his attitude at the club and on the track ( when he’s on it) are very good. That’s something.....

Cant stand people who critisize based on innuendo. Give the guy a break until he ***** it up. Until then keep the bulls*** to yourselves.

Just spotted him sitting in the crowd at Marvel watching the Swans. I would sincerely hope he went there AFTER watching his team mates belt the Demons at the 'G!

Thanks Saintbrat.
Fair enough if he was at The G.

You are right, I think Roo attended an Essendon game for a BJ milestone.

He comes from a good family apparently.
That should make him as valuable as a number 1 draft pick.

The Saints received Hannebery and pick No. 28 in the 2018 AFL Draft in exchange for sending pick No. 39 (acquired from West Coast Eagles) and St Kilda’s future second-round selection to the Sydney Swans.

According to club physio Andrew Wallis
"Dan has been getting some good consistency into his legs over the last few weeks"

What on earth does that mean?
