We could have Drafted Tom Lynch who Adelaide got

Re: Spencer White
Saints DID draft Tom Lynch - Lyon wouldn't play or persist with him, then Lych was traded to Adelaide and became a most valuable for Adelaide. Yes Lyon was poor whilst at Saints with developing younger players, however Saints did have first dibs at Tom Lynch. To the top wrote:We could have Drafted Tom Lynch who Adelaide got

Re: Spencer White
Tom Lynch requested a trade to Adelaide on compassionate grounds. An Adelaide boy who wanted to go home when his sister passed away. The Club granted this, which was fair enough too IMHO.loris wrote:Saints DID draft Tom Lynch - Lyon wouldn't play or persist with him, then Lych was traded to Adelaide and became a most valuable for Adelaide. Rugby League would have to be the stupidest, most moronic and over rated game of all time.

Are you serious?? He is a Victorian boy who barracked for St.Kilda, lived in Brighton, and went to school at Hailerbury.happy feet wrote:Tom Lynch requested a trade to Adelaide on compassionate grounds. "...If there has been one recurring theme through this whole shocking mess, it has been the misguided, inflated egos and their ill-judged determination to cling to long-standing old boy friendships. The bad advice that has guided the selfish and culpable James Hird has not only punctuated this saga but symbolised it..."

Begley wanted to go back for compassionate reasons . His best mate was killed in the Bali bombing, Saints agreed.saintsRrising wrote:realdeal wrote:

Not sure why you've bumped this thread. If White had a future at AFL level, another club would have realised this and acquired him.saynta wrote:But true.Sainternist wrote:Well, that is just dumb posting, Saynta. Just dumb.saynta wrote:It's all Spencer's fault.

Anyway, he hasn't played for the Saints since 2014. Let it go!

I didn't bump the thread so don't accuse me of doing something I didn't do. Anyway I don't even remember posting that although it is a true enough opinion.Sainternist wrote: ↑Sun 23 Jul 2017 4:00pmNot sure why you've bumped this thread. Would not happen if the year was shown in the date of the post.

Re: Spencer White
All good, mate. As Satchmo said, it wouldn't have happened if there was a year also attached to the date.
Wow, poor old Spencer White is long in the St.K.F.C. past now. I fear it may not be long before a certain Patrick McCartin joins him as another potential star forward whose career just couldn't gain real traction
