I don't think so. A couple of potty mouthed bogan kids , that's all. I found their language distasteful and decided I didn't need to be within earshot of them. Kids didn't speak like that when I was growing up and I don't think I ever heard a woman say the c word until I was well into my 30's.

Once more. and for the last time, I have never lived in a world protected from life's seamier side, and whilst those brats' language and the way they spoke to the young Asian boy, was offensive, I was not personally offended. Embarrassed for the boy, yes, personally offended, not by a long shot.
