Feeling Excited......

I received 2 e-mails today and both couldn't have been better news. The first was that my schedule has been changed which means finishing up this contract early and having the chance to head back to Australia for a couple of weeks. The company even sent me my flights - so I disembark on the 20th of Feb in San Diego and will get to Melbourne on the 22nd. Great news when on average for the last dozen or so years I have only been able to get back to Australia for 2 or 3 days a year and never during the footy season. Then the second message was from the footy club about the Intra Club match on the 23rd of Feb. Can't wait. It will be the first chance I have had to see the Saints live since 2005. I starting to feel the heart pump now - Go Saints!

I feel ya. About 5 years ago I went to my first live football match in about 20 years. It was fantastic. And the GF used to be the only game I watched each year without knowing the result.

You will enjoy the hell out of it.
