I have found that whilst some items - mostly older - are of interest to people - the current and recently retired are not really sell-able, as people can get it themselves, or have access to collectibles.

For instance:
MIB Star Wars Figurines from the 70's - worth a fortune
MIB The Lord of the Rings figurines - worth less than you paid for them originally.

Plugger, Barks, Winmar etc - worth collecting - not many others, except for personal memories.

I even have a piece of the seating from Moorabbin autographed by the entire team - essentially valueless - not worthless - but valueless.

Whilst I do not think that it should come down to a mod needing to censor/chastise - this forum states (open to all ages) - and a little bit of self censorship should happen - ie keep it to football matters - PM/DM/text etc - but do your squabbling privately.

I remember when Sainter_Boy was younger and could come onto the forum to discuss matters and get opinions - sometime differing to his, and know that he would not be corrupted/abused/bullied - now I would not let a tween read the drivel on this site for love nor money!
