Just passing on the comment, but the theory would be that this is such a strong draft and there is someone we really want. As an example, if we finish 12th next year, we get pick 6 so we rate pick six this year. I reckon we'll well finish inside the top ten

We would be idiots to give away next year pick when it could realistically be pick 1. If port is willing to give 5&15 to get pick4 depending who is left, doesn't it tell you the value of the player they are chasing.
We are where we are as we have no elite talent, fAct, and we have a golden opportunity to land one who may be q gun. May be sure but take the chance
