Totally agree. We should not trade out of the top 6. The only way we should trade with Adelaide is if we know how it is going to play out and that we will get one of our prime targets at 8 - probably not even remotely likely.
Port 5 & 10 or maybe even 5 & 15. A lot depends on what Gold Coast do.

If we trade it will be a double whammy as it will mean we are taking a punt on Max King. Can't wait to hear what name is read out at pick 2 as that will craft the next 4 picks. Max King = Lukosius or Rankine, Rankine = King, Smith or Lukoisous, Lukosius = King or Smith

Exactly. Pick 5 is of value but pick 4 is what trumps Port from Adelaide's perspective. If Port jump in now, Adelaide will have to sell the farm for pick 2 or 3. I suspect it will happen on the night, the AFL is counting on some kind of mind blowing exchange of picks to make the hype worthwhile.

If all goes as per ranking, Walsh, Lukosius, Rankine. We could have a situation where both Adelaide and Port what Rozee. so it becomes a bidding war. We get 5 and 10 from Port. Get Smith or Max King with 5. Unless we really want Rozee, puts us in the box seat. If we still indented to get King or Smith we get an extra pick for nothing in the top 10.
