Fantastic. I expected this to happen as soon as Gold Coast announced they were not going anymore.
I can't see the problem myself. Get $500,000 and a few days for the boys to bond. Make it annual event and get some tradition happening.
I will be taking the fast train from Beijing to Shanghai. It will be the first live game I have seen for years. I will be buying a full membership next year and make sure I go to the sponsors events as well.
Also I can't believe the fuss about the travel taking it out of you. It is virtually the same time zone and they get an extra week of after it. And they are fit young men who should bounce back in a couple of days at most.
