Agree. Gotta get him off that bloody show. I have never watched anything more cringeworthy and embarrassing than the same old bulls*** he spews every single Monday.

Re: Tony & No.11 / jax
"If we park that period from about 5 minutes into the first quarter to halfway through the last quarter, I thought our effort and intensity was really pleasing… some of our turnovers were really poor, our goal kicking really let us down at times and we know that good sides will punish you when that happens. We'll learn from the game and work on the skill errors with a really solid training session during the week. It's a challenge the whole group is looking forward to and I've got no doubt they'll bring the intensity around the contest next week."

Re: Tony & No.11 / jax
My source is adamant that Hanners is staying put.
I obviously have no idea if this is right but after losing my s***, I was told: "don't worry"

Re: Tony & No.11 / jax
I guess the thing with Hanners is what’s the cost?
I’d be ok with him if pick 4 and any decent players aren’t involved

In fairness big L, I never read Joffa’s posts as inside word.
It was a wishlist.

I’m with Roo in my opinion of Richo.
Hannebery I believe will be like Lewis at Melbourne. It’s someone who will be incredibly valuable to our team and club. Wouldn’t surprise me if he led the club out Rd.1.

You're with Roo on Richo? You mean, you think he should go, but won't openly state it?No.11 wrote: ↑Wed 12 Sep 2018 9:28pmI’m with Roo in my opinion of Richo.

I agree with you on Hannebery. Those bemoaning the trade right now will end up being pleasantly surprised by what he brings the team.

Re: Tony & No.11 / jax
Yes unfortunately that seems to be the case. Not enough actual real change in who is on the board.
Just hoping that the cost trade wise is not great. Let us hope that the Swans are desperate to lose his $2.4 million of his contract and also factor in his recent record.
Excellent. With us having Membrey, gaining Menzel never made any sense. Moreso with his injury record.

Assuming he passes the medical checks, it all gets down to what we have to pay trade-wise.Sainternist wrote: ↑Wed 12 Sep 2018 9:33pm

High cost, then at his age no. Especially if we lost pick 4 or Steven for him.
Discounted cost due to Swans needing to dump his $$$ and factoring in his recent injuries and form then ok.

Re: Tony & No.11 / jax
I don’t get people on here sometimes. During the Lyon years, club is too secretive, coach doesn’t talk to the media. Now apparently the coach is too accessible. Nobody wants to come to our club. Hanners wants to come, and anyone else mentioned, they are washed up or hacks or both.
If at first you don't succeed, sky diving is not for you.

What about the clubs view in not trading our 1st pick? I hope they hold on to it .

If you had to choose you would prefer the coach to be secretive and smart as opposed to accessible and, well, Richo!The_Merchant wrote: ↑Wed 12 Sep 2018 10:43pm I don’t get people on here sometimes. Hanners can come and it may work out, but it had better not cost a first rounder. That is the main concern. Most of the other trade options bar Shiel are washed up. Polec the only good FA available wants North. Gaff no chance.
We should target Wingard for next years FA.

Interesting. Let’s hope he (and a few others) enjoy a big uninterrupted pre season down at the new facilites on Linton St.No.11 wrote: ↑Wed 12 Sep 2018 9:28pmI’m with Roo in my opinion of Richo.

Lethlean says Dan will bring a lot to the club.
Medicals to be done.
Thought we were devoted to not trading away good picks.
Geez what game is Simon playing.
If he does backflip on 'not trading our picks away'
then will he backflip on 'Richo is the coach for the future'
Rip off the bandaid, Simon.
Rip it off, you know u want to
