They wanted a $200 donation to club and to
go into the draw to win multiple prizes.

I humbly declined as I’ve given plenty to the club over the years. Any chance they are trying to raise cash to

They did this a few years ago. I bought a $200 raffle ticket and then won second prise, $5000.

Yep - we get one ticket for our $120 interstate membership (plus a hat or scarf, pin, sticker and lanyard). I think its safe to call it a donation!

Yes I get the same in Perth but I don't call that a donation. Wear the hat and clothes given or purchased with glee. It provides a lot of banter here. If asked and its a certainty that its from the club I will donate another $200.
I want have more transparency with our clubs objectives and future promise. We get plenty on social matters, finances etc but really need some feel to the way the club will progress from now.
I don't require a copy of the game plan booklet for obvious reasons but some understanding of how we really lost our way would be an honest appraisal.
I don't want to donate to an organisation that doesn't see the reality because it appears they don't use an management system If they review then they need to act. We don't hear much on this until things implode.

I take the saints golf bag and hat out twice a week and cop plenty so I think that's a donation and I dont charge for that promotional work I do for them.

We're close to stony broke. It rules our decision making and is costing us in every direction. Vicious circle of the team being no good, supporters not going to games, club losing money, understaffed, underpaid people in core roles. Therefore - no money to pay for a genuine group of recruiters and scouts. Certainly no money to pay out Richo at this time unless a dark/white knight arrives.
