He didn’t contest the head high impact, so there must have been no point. Contested the intentional grading instead, but failed.St DAC wrote:Certainly late ... no argument possible there. They did question the high contact but Essendon’s doctors report stated concussion and that he had a sore jaw. They threw it out immediately. Don’t even bother to check how he actually got his sore jaw. Same as always, we get screwed over.
