Is there a more incompetent, inept bunch of radio callers than Taylor, McAvaney, Ling and Richardson?

Rules do change each week... and the lower side gets all of the bad ones. Game has never been in a more parlous state.

Imagine how good we’d be if we didn’t constantly turn the ball over! Ha

Umps did not cover themselves with glory in that passage of play.

Seb had his arm removed from his socket.

We can win this. If we use some resilience that we don’t have. In the words of Jack Dyer

Such a deflating finish to the half. We showed a lot of promise for 55 minutes, and then just awful.

Pitiful finish to a half that we largely dominated or, at the very least, drew level in. Twenty four points down FFS.

I’d love to see where we sit in the ‘points scored against in red time’ stat, we seem to have been mentally weak at the end of quarters for several years. Do we have any semblance of a plan to shut down the ball??

Only one team out there matters. That, sadly, is the irrelevance which is the St Kilda Football Club.

Within 5 minutes, our idiot players just hand it to Essendon through sheer stupid, lazy play.
Great coaching. This is why I am so disillusioned.

Jeez that mad me feel sick watching that last bit.
Went into their shell and stopped playing instinct footy.
All good attacking teams can sense it, they smelt blood.

It is amazing how the laws of this game change on a weekly basis though.
Totally different.
How so? Both late. Both players never saw it coming. In fact, Ryan Burton got Higgins straight down the middle, not shoulder to shoulder.

Same s*** different smell.

Higgins had the ball. Saad was nowhere near it.

Why does our team continually drop it's concentration in time-on period and give up easy goals?

It has been happening for years, but this year has been particularly poor.
