Changes for Dogs game

Post: # 1745119Post older saint »

Unlikely to happen but :

In: Paton, Freeman, Rice
Out: Gilbert, Weller, Sinclair/Newness

Sinclair maybe stiff but ball use isn't great at the moment. - not Robinson Curusoe I know. Last year was really good breaking lines and kicking , this year seems to be used more inside ( don't get that) and handball to kick ratio is way out of tilt. Also provides a chance to look at Freeman/Paton

Probably be usual suspects like Dunstan or Battle dropped .

You cant drop Weller. The coach will tell you his 9 disposals yesterday were the greatest 9 disposals in the history of the game. Heaven forbid getting Freeman, Paton or even Connellan some gametime. Weller just turns up to training and he's in the team, dont you know?
Any chance Goddard or Joyce might come in for Gilbert next week? I wouldnt have thought so.
Gilbert is the future.
FFS!

Those a good changes although I'm not sure we'll go with two debutantes but they are both putting up there hands at VFL level which is all they can do (well, apart from at training).

I'm sorry to say but the sooner the crappier kicks in the team (and the players that don't do much) are given the boot; the sooner we move back up the ladder. We have to find replacements for the likes of the Gilberts, Gearys, Wellers, Savages, McKenzies, Newnessss, Rossss, et al.

As ex-president Peter Summers said:
“If we are going to be a contender, we may as well plan to win the bloody thing.”

Play the kids. Freeman and Goddard must play, let’s see what they’ve got, no downside to giving them the rest of the season.

Out any of Gilbert, Brown, Geary, Weller, no future with these guys, and they let the team down terribly with disposal.
