Is this the circuit breaker we need?
As ex-president Peter Summers said:
“If we are going to be a contender, we may as well plan to win the bloody thing.”

I reckon that will always be the case, at least whilst Richo has a contract to pay out.

Re: Tony Elshaugh
I can still remember when the Saints tried to sign him when he left Essendon. He said no thanks, I'm not going to a bottom/crap club.
Haven't liked him since!!

Re: Tony Elshaugh
OK, so we get a new List Manager.
The new person will get into the next draft and hopefully get some nice talented players.
Now, how long will it take before we see any sort of return from this change?
How many years?

I'd like to see the muppet(s) who extended Richo's contract frogmarched out.
They should be made to do the walk of shame at our next homegame.

Re: Tony Elshaugh
I think T74 is Tony Browne - ex Sainter from the 90's who now works at the club.

You do have a brain don't you? You know how to use this website and the search functions and search users posts don't you?parkeysainter wrote: ↑Fri 15 Jun 2018 4:12pmI think T74 is Tony Browne - ex Sainter from the 90's who now works at the club.
It's like when people ask dumb questions or guess things when all they need to do is Google it
You obviously have time on your hands because you post enough times on here ( especially if you have time to post links to YouTube like the vids of Saints losses today..what are you thinking...???)
Ok. So basically, what I am saying is; use your brain instead of confirming to everyone what a knucklehead you are. If you are curious and you want to know something about a poster, do some research. From his early posts you'll find he states he watched the Saints in the 60's

Apart from grey hair, he hasn't changed much.

Yep.
I reckons it just confirms what Richo said and that coaches, players, and everyone at the club is on notice
I'm backing us for a win

I started a topic on this a couple of weeks ago I was told by an industry person he has to go and some others too.

Re: Tony Elshaugh
Probably the easiest person to get rid of during the season. I imagine it will be the first of many more. There will probably be a host of people updating their resumes tomorrow in preparation for what might be to come.
Opinions are like arseholes, everybody's got one.

Re: Tony Elshaugh
Lethlean is quoted as saying of the new person "Their primary focus will be acquiring and retaining elite talent, managing our young developing list, modernising our practices and systems and ensuring we are at the cutting edge in this critical area of the football industry". Tony possibly burst into tears at that. Lethlean went on to describe Tony as renown for his work ethic. So ouch, take that Tony. There would be a number of Assistant Coaches with excellent work ethics nervous at the moment. Alan is ok because the President and players have said he has their support and just because that is usually a kiss of death scenario in the past don't think its not rock solid as far as Alan goes. Of Alan's performance criteria I think only 50% is related to on field performance/game plan and player improvement so he could survive on the great culture, SOA management systems in place to deliver match day stats and the commercial and brand value improvement that comes with such a successful season.
