An acknowledgement that our list is no where near as good as what it should be.
We bottomed out and our "rebuild" is a disaster.
Quite simply if he had picked winners, he would still be there next year.

Good that he's going. That's one down. Am concerned though that it points to a belief within the board and club that it's the people around Richardson who are the problem and not him.

We got Freo's head pro scout to replace Hughes before the season. Hughes was demoted and now works part time only. Lethlean indicated we will be getting a brand new replacement for Trout.
