Rabble, lost, no game plan, hurtfully disappointing (Roo attended as a spectator and felt for the other fans). He also noted Richo has to be under pressure and strongly inferred that without a significant and quick reversal of results he would have to be removed. It was like listening to a summary of views on this forum. Given his body language and tone I choose to think he knows Richo will be replaced in the foreseeable and work is being done on the transition/structural changes and the subsequent presentation of all that to the public.

Roo had a 100 different ways he could have answered Gerard's question(s) without saying a lot and protecting Richo. He's actually done that a lot over the past month or so on Fox. However, this time - I think he knew there was no hiding from the inevitable and instead enunciated what he actually thought - rather than going the round-about way of saying a lot without actually saying anything route (i.e. the usual ex-footballer media way of not wanting to pot former teammates and coaches).

I thought it was very telling that Roo was for once, very direct. This - coupled with Montagna and Dal's recent evisceration of how we're playing Billings and McCartin - makes it patently clear that either (a) those 3 are fed up themselves and feel the need to use their various platforms to call this out and/or (b) they know exactly what's developing in the background and hence, have no fear in starting to speak openly about what's likely to simply come to pass in due course.
