Usually you get a coach in if there's issues with teams unable to execute plays& plans etc. It looks to me like the communication between coach(s) and players is a big issue. I believe that many of our players are playing way below what they are capable of, and that's something that is not being addressed.

2. David got injured last year and as most players was told he could probably run through it, get over it, have an injection and keep going.
