2 good wins on the day made for a great day-Enrico_Misso wrote: ↑Sun 27 May 2018 7:50pm Good function.
Less formal than previous years.
But well run by Beva.
The players were friendly and in good spirits.
And Sandy provided an entertaining backdrop.

After the first two from the raffle couldn’t make it, I had to find someone quickly who could go. I hope Sainter Dad and Boy has a good day.

Re: Sponsorship function – VFL day Sunday May 27
Good morning all
Got in late last night as we stayed for the win and then went to Camberwell for dinner (Sofia's all the way) and then back to Seaford!
It was a great day - the guys seemed relaxed and at ease - maybe a little more than they should have been (lol). Quite a few watching the girls play (nice win there as well). It was the best function that we have attended.
Met some nice people, had a few chats, Hunter, Paddy, Jake, Steele etc - not much given away.
Had a chat to Beva - very much an old school Sainter - nice to reminisce re Moorabbin days. Also relived the many years ago with Sainter_Boy as one youngster ran from player to player trying to get autographs. Good on 'Jack Steele' for the time taken to sign about a dozen photograph for the younster - he will remember this day for a while.

It sounds like your driving emulates the StKFC gameplan - if you think Camberwell is on the way to Seaford.Sainter_Dad wrote: ↑Mon 28 May 2018 8:48am Got in late last night as wwe stayed for the win and then went to Camberwell for dinner (Sofia's all the way) and then back to Seaford
Have you considered getting a GPS?
The rest of Australia can wander mask-free, socialise, eat out, no curfews, no zoning, no police rings of steel, no illogical inconsistent rules.
They can even WATCH LIVE FOOTY!

Enrico
Have you ever eaten at Sofia's in Camberwell (only Camberwell - the rest are franchises)?
If so you would know that Sofia's is THE local Pizza/Pasta joint - no matter where you are.
We always make the detour whenever we are anywhere as close to Camberwell as Moorabbin inwards.
The same as Tai Wah in Mentone used to be our local Chinese Restaurant until they changed hands. You would often see St Kilda supporters at Tai Wah on their way back from the dome.
Sometimes it is worth the drive to get good food.
