Re: Team vs Pies
Surely for team balance, White would have been a better inclusion than Lonie who as been given so many chances.
I am pleased Sinclair is back but the team looks over-burdened with short/small players.

Overburdened with s*** is what it is.
Free to air, will get pumped.
Lonie will get six touches.

Re: Team vs Pies
Hell, Lonie, why do we pick sure fire teams to lose. Maybe I will stay home. Carlisle out, Gilbert out and acres and we pick Lonie. Stupid, stupid, stupid.
Think of me long enough to make a memory.

Re: Team vs Pies
I'm not too concerned about Lonie (reckon this will be his last chance) with Carlisle out and therefore not an option to play forward, the forward structure will need to be changed to small and speedy. Its Marshall's retention that bothers me, he cannot play key forward and is way too slow. White's non-inclusion is also annoying.

Re: Team vs Pies
So missing two very important players like Carlisle and Roberton, missing some of our better gops like Bruce, Gilbert, and Acres. Missing a depth player in Stevens. And two young developing players in Paddy and Long. Not an outrageous injury list. But gee our depth is wafer thin.
Check out Adelaide, GWS, and Sydney for injuries.

Re: Team vs Pies
Great to see Rice finally get a game. Thought Paton may have gone in in front of Lonie but clearly concerned about experience. They arent big forward of the ball except for Cox, ( Moore out). Very worried about a potential beating here as dont rate them that much but through the middle are very strong - Pendlebry, Sidebottom, treloer, Adams, DeGoey, Phillips
