Watched OTC tonight and the Alex Rance interview.
I was struck by his comment about how strong their culture was.
Whilst I get that our poor performances would impact on the mood of the club, I would have thought the some of the fundamentals of a good culture should be in place at our club.
If a successful culture is built on courage, respect and trust - who is standing up at our club to set the example and lead by example.
I can accept poor performance.
I can't accept poor leadership and a culture which sucks the confidence out of our players.
If culture has made Richmond successful, where are we at??

Reiwoldt was a big factor.
Dont be bringing your tude to a game when he is about or you will know all about it.
Lack of leadership starts with the coach.
There the problem lies.
