Re: Richo has lost the players
How much of a loss has Bruce and Roberton been in the last few weeks - add in Stevens hardness around the contest

Re: Richo has lost the players
Losing Bruce and Roberton is no different to every side except Richmond who have injuries to key players. There are absolutely no excuses for our performances

What about our forward structure without Bruce - surely we set up better with him there?sunsaint wrote:Loss?

Re: Richo has lost the players
Has looked to me that Richo hasn’t “had” them all year. Completely demoralised bunch and the buck stops with the coach. But apparently, according to our resident ITK on the club staff, it’s nothing to do with the coaches at all......

Yep, it’s over. Unfortunately will also be the end for some players that aren’t too bad, just never works out well for the fringe player.Goose is king wrote:Unfortunately Richo has lost the players now. His time is over
I just don’t know what to say right now, I’m so disappointed in this. Two years ago we were far better than this mob. I find myself screaming at the footy now.
Please now find someone who won’t waste our good young players, holy effing s*** it’s hard to watch now. Can’t keep watching...sorry, I’m gone

I think he’s cooked. If Kingsley coached out the year we’d be no worse off financially and Adam would get an audition in the main gig.
I’m not a big fan of sacking coaches but the current situation is untenable.

Re: Richo has lost the players
Gresh takes a shot from 30...now at 53yo this is my limit, but normally I’d kick this one 9 out of 10 times. What does he do?fugazi wrote:The players arent this bad....all are playing below themselves....who is responsible?
Yeah this team ain’t that bad, but who really wants a kick at goal right now?
Also, later in the game Gresham (I think) is lining up, and the umpire keeps telling a Melbourne player to get out of the protected area??? WTF? He’s not even near the mark...surely that’s 50? Fu..ing cheats

Re: Richo has lost the players
Richo is out of his depth. He knows it. If he really is a fine decent upstanding chap he will offer his resignation and announce it on the next members message. If he doesn't can we see Leathlean's review please.

and I can tell you that if a supervisor or manager is not liked and has lost the staff,
it bloody well shows like the proverbial dog's whatsit.
Output, performance, KPI's, all down.

Maybe this survey is a good idea. But yes, unfortunately they look totally disinterested in what is being asked of them.WellardSaint wrote:I have worked in over 15 different workplaces in my life, stonecold wrote:You did a quick player survey?????Goose is king wrote:Unfortunately Richo has lost the players now. Question is, who stands up and challenges the "systems?"

Re: Richo has lost the players
Time to let Richo go and find a settlement amount. Just another handout from the AFL. Has to be done.
Hopefully Lethlean is having a meeting with Gil to sort it out.
