This is just so frustrating.

Billings could have made a contest there and stopped their goal before. His inability to contest and win his own ball is costing the side every week. He is a very, very average player at best who is lucky to be holding his place.

The Mitchell free was for holding and occurred before the ruck infringement.The_Dud wrote:It’s basically the same as tunnellingmullet wrote:But you can jump over a players back and head... oakie doakieThe_Dud wrote:Nah you can’t sheppard a ruckman out of the contest, free all day. And game over...fought hard but that’s a deflating goal to concede.

Even when we get a turn over and stream forward toward an open forward line we never get an easy one into the forward 50... why not? Who is running into space?

We srill can't kick enough goals. 5 goals in 3 quarters is not going to win many games.

Re: Match Thread Saints v Hawks Round 6 2018
Exactly. If you are too scared to put your body on the line and contest so win your own ball, then you damn need to read the fall of the ball. Breust is doing that well and Billings is as lost as Gilligan out there.1966 wrote:Billings at one end and Breust the other.
